WH19 eBay Integration Privacy Policy

WH19 uses limited eBay seller data to organize shipments in a private, owner-only tracker. This public page explains what is used, why it is needed, and how it is deleted. It does not expose tracking numbers, order details, customer data, login tools, or administrative controls.
Data used
When the eBay seller connection is enabled, WH19 reads sold-order and fulfillment information needed to identify whether an order has shipped. It also holds the OAuth credentials required to keep that connection active.

Purpose and sharing
The information is used only to import sold orders, show shipped or not-shipped status, associate carrier tracking, and keep the owner's shipment history accurate. WH19 does not sell eBay data, use it for advertising, or publish it on this website.
Retention and deletion
Connected eBay records are retained only while the private tracker is in use. When the owner disconnects eBay or a verified eBay deletion request applies, eBay-imported account, order, shipment, and token data is deleted. A shipment created independently by the owner may remain as a manual record, but all fields assigned from eBay are removed.
Verified eBay marketplace account deletion notifications are processed automatically. The public receiver stores only the opaque notification ID, non-reversible hashes, processing status, and timestamps needed to prove reliable handling; it never stores the notification's username, user ID, EIAS token, or raw body.
Security
The shipment tracker is restricted to its authorized owner. Connection tokens are encrypted, secrets are stored outside source code, and incoming eBay deletion messages are cryptographically verified before any action is taken. Only a one-way subject hash is sent into the deletion workflow.
